HOW TO GET THERE

Take Metro Line A (Red Line)
The nearest metro station to the Borghese Gallery is Spagna (Spanish Steps) on Line A. From there, it’s about a 15-20 minute walk through the beautiful Villa Borghese Gardens.
Alternatively, you can get off at the Flaminio station, also on Line A, and walk up through Piazza del Popolo and then into the gardens. This route takes around 20-25 minutes.

Bus Routes
Several buses can take you close to the Borghese Gallery. The most convenient bus routes include:
Bus 116: Stops directly near the gallery entrance.
Bus 63, 83, 92, 223, 360, 910: Get off at Pinciana/Museo Borghese stop, which is a short 5-minute walk to the gallery entrance.
The bus routes offer a scenic ride through some of Rome’s charming streets and squares.

Taking a taxi is the most convenient way to reach the Borghese Gallery, especially if you are short on time or traveling with a group. Ask the driver to drop you at the Piazzale del Museo Borghese, the nearest entrance to the gallery.

Services like Uber or Free Now are widely available in Rome and can take you directly to the gallery. Simply enter “Galleria Borghese” as your destination for door-to-door service.

If you have a car, you can drive to the gallery, but keep in mind that parking is limited around the Villa Borghese area. There is a paid parking lot nearby at Parcheggio Villa Borghese (address: Viale del Galoppatoio, 33), which is a short walk to the gallery.)

Bikes are a great way to explore Villa Borghese Gardens. You can rent bikes from several locations around the park, and there are designated bike paths leading to the gallery.

E-scooters are widely available for rent throughout Rome. You can pick up an e-scooter near the Villa Borghese Gardens and ride up to the gallery. Remember to park it in designated areas near the entrance.
